With the three new inductees into the Baseball Hall of Fame, it’s time to look ahead to future members of the Hall of Fame. Mariano Rivera, who won’t be eligible until 2019, is known as the best relief pitcher in the history of baseball. In 141 innings pitched in sixteen different seasons in the postseason, Rivera surrendered only eleven earned runs. Comparatively speaking, there have been twelve men who have walked on the moon in the history of space travel. Also, Rivera will be the final player to wear the #42 on his jersey after it was retired by the MLB in 1997 in honor of Jackie Robinson.
